Past Retreats

All of the workshops were so relevant and different, but all connected. The outdoor activities were nourishing, and the break time each day was welcomed. I did not feel stressed out or pressured by the schedule. Everything flowed well, and had an organic nature to them.

Annie’s Rooted Retreat was absolutely amazing! It was my first retreat and it couldn’t have been more magical! The people there were absolutely incredible and inspirational. I felt there was a really healthy balance of down time and guided self-exploration time. Some of my favorite memories are going on nature walks, having time to explore, singing and dancing by the fire, and having opportunities to deeply connect with the incredible women around me. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who is curious and wants to connect with themselves and other women in a beautiful and safe environment.
