Setup Preference:

I have 2 options: A stripped down "simple" setup (perfect for an add-on to your event) or a "full" setup - with more instruments best for a more expansive experience. Please note: "Full" setup is only applicable for sessions that are 50 minutes or longer.

Optional Add-Ons:

***Please note that yoga mats are not included, though some venues include them, and some guests choose to bring their own. I have up to 12 I can provide per request for a $5/mat fee
